Menu items include quality local products, in order to better acquaint you with our village and local region. Organic selections are made when possible. Our dairy products are supplied by Clover Stornetta Farms. This dairy is much favored throughout Mendocino and Sonoma counties for offering milk products without the growth hormone rBST. Our coffee is supplied by Thanksgiving Coffee Company, a local coffee roasting company in it's 27th year of operation. TCC has played a significant role in global coffee production trends. In association with The American Birding Association, this company has helped to promote organic, shade grown coffee production, in order to help save the song birds and the rain forest. Our raisin walnut bread is baked fresh, with organic ingredients, by Bruce Bread Bakery, in Anderson Valley. Our jams are provided by Emandal, an organic farm in Willits. Emandal not only provides organic homemade products, but also offers many environmental education programs, including summer camps for families and children.
