Blair House Inn is 150 miles north of San Francisco. It is a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive via US 101. If you prefer to take the Pacific Coast Highway, (CA 1,) along the coast, allow at least seven hours.

From The South: Going north on U.S. 101, take CA 128 West, at the northern end of Cloverdale. If you're driving after business hours, be sure to stop for gas on 101 or in Cloverdale. Highway 128 is a beautiful drive through the Anderson Valley, which is known for picturesque vineyards, plentiful fruit orchards and majestic Redwood trees. Many travelers enjoy wine and juice tasting along the way and stopping at produce stands. Stay on 128 to the ocean and then proceed north on CA 1. Go ten miles and enjoy the magnificent ocean views. At the first stop light, turn left onto Little lake Street, and continue with directions below.** From The East: Take CA 20 West to U.S. 101, then turn right and proceed north to Willits. Midway through Willits, turn left onto CA 20 West again. Proceed to the end of Highway 20 in Fort Bragg. Turn left onto Highway One, and continue south along the coast for 8 miles. Turn right onto Little Lake Street, at the stop light, and continue with directions below.** From The North: Take U.S. 101 to the turnoff for CA 1 at Leggett. Proceed to the coast and continue south through Westport, Fort Bragg, Caspar and on to Mendocino. Turn right onto Little Lake Street, at the stop light, and continue with directions below.** |
| **Go two blocks to Lansing Street, turn left and then make an immediate right back onto Little Lake. Go one more block and you'll see Blair House on the corner of Little Lake and Ford Streets. It is the large Victorian house with a white picket fence. |
